Overview
Adidas Lebanon is a localized e-commerce platform tailored to the Lebanese market, offering a curated selection of activewear and sports products. The website is designed to reflect the bold, dynamic identity of the Adidas brand while providing users with a seamless and engaging shopping experience across desktop and mobile.

My Role
As the lead UI/UX designer, I was responsible for:

Designing the full user interface — from low-fidelity wireframes to polished, high-fidelity visuals

Creating and maintaining a scalable, modern design system

Continuously updating design elements to align with seasonal trends and marketing campaigns

Uploading and managing product assets through the backend via Salesforce CMS

My focus was on merging bold visuals with functional layout systems to boost engagement and conversion, ensuring that the interface felt both aspirational and accessible.

Design Process

Research & Competitive Audit
Studied global Adidas platforms and leading sportswear sites to understand user expectations, trends, and best practices in product browsing and conversion UX.

Wireframing
Built user flows and wireframes for key screens including homepage, product listings, filters, PDP (product detail pages), cart, and checkout.

High-Fidelity UI & Branding
Applied Adidas’ brand identity while localizing for cultural relevance. Integrated product storytelling, sharp visuals, bold typography, and modular grid systems.

Backend Asset Management
Uploaded product images, size variants, and descriptions directly to the Salesforce backend to ensure smooth product launch cycles and accurate merchandising.
