Overview
NetValve is a secure, intuitive online payment platform designed to simplify digital transactions. It empowers users to send and receive money with confidence, supporting card payments and direct bank transfers. With a mission to provide a reliable, user-friendly experience, NetValve ensures every transaction is fast, transparent, and risk-free. The platform is especially focused on improving transaction management for both individual users and businesses, offering a detailed dashboard with analytics and invoice generation.

My Role
I led the UI/UX design for both the NetValve website and internal dashboard system. My responsibilities included:

Designing the complete user interface from scratch, including UX workflows and visual assets

Creating a scalable, modern design system for consistent branding and interaction patterns

Developing low-fidelity wireframes and user journey maps to guide layout decisions and user flow

Finalizing high-fidelity UI designs for both the client-facing website and merchant dashboard

Designing reusable icons and components to maintain UI consistency across multiple devices

Discovery & Research
Analyzed competitive payment platforms to identify user expectations and UI pain points.Conducted internal stakeholder interviews to understand merchant and end-user needs

Wireframing & Flow Mapping
Built detailed wireframes to test logic, flow, and dashboard structure. Mapped common journeys: invoice creation, transaction monitoring, and payment setup

UI Design & Component System
Designed a comprehensive design system: typography, color palette, buttons, cards, and data visualizations. Created custom iconography for clear navigation and task grouping

Data & Dashboard Visuals
Implemented charts, graphs, and approval reports using clean, modern visuals to help users monitor transaction performance. Focused on visual hierarchy to reduce cognitive load while providing depth of information

Responsive Web Experience
Delivered responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile views. Ensured fast loading and frictionless interactions across screen sizes
